Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical/electronic engineering or related field.
• Strong root cause analysis and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with sustaining engineering, technical support, or product maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Define product specifications with other engineering divisions.
• Assist testing with test plans and results evaluation.
• Prepare technical documentation including drawings and component specifications.
• Review field data to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with product development, quality assurance, and customer support to resolve issues.
• Contribute to lessons learned for new projects.
• Provide progress updates to stakeholders and management.
