Job summary

Holt Manufacturing is seeking an experienced Product Design Electrical Engineer for its Waco, TX location. You will create and analyze electrical designs and technical documentation for Holt Manufacturing products throughout the concept-to-completion cycle.

The role requires collaboration with internal/external resources and ongoing self-development to align with company values and safety standards. Onsite work in a manufacturing environment is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum BS in Electrical Engineering (BSEE).
• Three years of product design experience required; six years preferred.
• SolidWorks, ProE, AutoCAD experience expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead reviews of project technical specifications with engineering and operations to define concepts.
• Define electrical specifications and perform calculations per applicable standards.
• Modify drawings to reflect customer, manufacturing, and technical changes.
• Create/modify electrical designs and BOMs; document procedures.
• Review designs with operations to ensure safety, manufacturability, and quality.
