Job summary

The role includes leading a team, coordinating new or revised product launches, and driving improvements to efficiency and quality across manufacturing operations. Occasional extended hours may be required to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5-10 years of directly related experience, or equivalent combination.

Responsibilities

• Review production schedules, specs, and processes to understand methods and activities.
• Support production with technical knowledge for compliant product completion.
• Analyze workforce utilization, space, and workflow; design equipment layouts.
• Recommend and implement process improvements to reduce costs and improve quality.
• Collaborate with design engineering on product designs.
• Occasional evenings/weekends to meet goals and deadlines.
• Support conformal coating and component staking processes (Parylene experience preferred).
