Responsibilities

• Review schedules and specs to understand manufacturing methods and capabilities.
• Propose and implement improvements to reduce cost and improve quality.
• Interface with design engineering on product designs and tooling needs.
• Ensure compliance with engineering drawings and quality standards.
• Support production with technical knowledge to complete products on schedule.
• Occasionally work evenings or weekends to meet goals.
