Job summary

Crawford Electric Supply in Katy, TX is seeking an experienced Electrical Prefab Shop Supervisor/Lead to oversee daily operations in the prefab area and direct project teams. You will manage workflows, ensure quality, and coordinate with the Shop Manager to meet deadlines while maintaining safety standards and productivity in a fast-paced environment.

Applicants should have a journeyman license, strong electrical knowledge, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and operate equipment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years or more related experience and/or training.
• Journeyman Electrical License required.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Outlook).
• Reading, writing and arithmetic skills.
• Punctual and excellent attendance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• PIT proficiency, reach truck, order picker, “sit down” propane. Current certification a plus.
• Manual dexterity for operating machinery and handling small parts.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and walk, stand for long periods.
• Long and varied hours required occasionally.
• Ability to work mandatory physical inventory.
• Ability to work in extreme hot or cold environment.
• Ability to work in dusty conditions.

Responsibilities

• Receive, verify and package product for shipping.
• Stage product for loading.
• Quality control to ensure no damaged product is sent out.
• Assist Shop Manager with active projects in the shop.
• Load product onto truck.
• Unload materials from truck.
• Operate within SOPs and OSHA safety standards.
• Adhere to all Processes.
• Clean and maintain work areas.
• Other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

Working in our Electrical Prefab area. Proficient in all areas of electrical construction. Must have the ability to direct others and manage individual projects.

• Stage product for loading
• Responsible for quality control. No damaged product is sent out. No damaged material is accepted in
