Job summary

Crawford Electric Supply believes in building strong teams and delivering reliable electrical prefab services. The Electrical Prefab Shop Supervisor/Lead will direct the prefab shop, manage projects, and ensure quality and safety in daily operations.

Role requires 4+ years of related experience, a Journeyman license, and strong computer and physical skills. The team emphasizes growth, safety, and a collaborative culture with diverse career opportunities.

Qualifications

• 4+ years or more related experience and/or training.
• Journeyman Electrical License required.
• Basic computer skills. (Word, Outlook)
• Reading, writing and arithmetic skills.
• Punctual and excellent attendance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• PIT proficiency, reach truck, order picker, “sit down” propane. Current certification a plus.
• Manual dexterity required for operating machinery and handling small parts.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and walk , stand for long periods of time.
• Long and varied hours required occasionally.
• Ability to work mandatory physical inventory.
• Ability to work in extreme hot or cold environment.
• Ability to work in dusty conditions.

Responsibilities

• Receive, verify and package product for shipping (shrink wrapping, boxing, labeling).
• Stage product for loading
• Responsible for quality control. No damaged product is sent out. No damaged material is accepted in
• Assist Shop Manager with all active projects in the shop.
• Load product onto truck
• Unload materials from truck
• Operate within standard operating procedures (SOPs) and OSHA safety standards
• Adhere to all Processes
• Clean and maintain work areas
• Other duties as assigned

Working in our Electrical Prefab area. Proficient in all areas of electrical construction. Must have the ability to direct others and manage individual projects.
