Job summary

Fountain Services, LLC is seeking a Prefabrication Production Supervisor to lead our growing Prefabrication department in Spindale, NC. This role manages daily production, materials coordination, and quality control to deliver complete assemblies to field teams.

You will read engineered drawings, BOMs, cut lists, and BIM/VDC outputs, coordinate with multiple departments, and lead the team to meet project timelines. A strong emphasis on safety and organizational standards is required.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years supervising a production, assembly, fabrication, or electrical construction team.
• Ability to read and interpret engineered drawings, BOMs, cut lists, and panel layouts.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, inventory systems, and production tracking software.
• High School Diploma/GED; valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule daily production based on project documents and field needs.
• Read and work from engineered drawings, BOMs, cut lists, and BIM/VDC outputs.
• Coordinate materials, kitting, labeling, staging, and delivery to the field.
• Verify completed assemblies against documents and escalate discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Project Management, Engineering, BIM/VDC, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Field Operations.
• Lead, train, coach, and evaluate department employees while maintaining safety.
• Maintain a safe, clean shop and ensure standards are followed.
• Track production output, labor hours, rework, and waste for improvements.
