Qualifications

• 5+ years in electrical construction project management.
• Design, BIM/VDC, layout coordination experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop the Engineering/Design & Layout team.
• Assign work based on project schedules, priorities, and capacity.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Field Operations, Prefabrication, Procurement, and Project Controls.
• Establish schedules for layout, design, coordination, and prefabrication deliverables.
• Ensure drawings are accurate, coordinated, complete, and delivered on schedule.
• Review drawings for constructability, quality, and field usability.
• Identify planning gaps, scheduling conflicts, manpower constraints, and risks.
• Maintain department standards, templates, workflows, naming conventions, and quality control.
• Support prefabrication by ensuring drawings are complete and released on time.
• Monitor workload, schedule performance, and quality metrics.
• Lead department meetings and communicate priorities clearly.
• Drive continuous improvement through process, technology, and training initiatives.
• Foster accountability and a culture of continuous improvement.
