This role is focused on accurate estimating, strong scope development, and early coordination that supports successful project execution.

Key responsibilities

• Preparing detailed electrical estimates for commercial and light industrial projects
• Utilizing Trimble Accubid for takeoffs, pricing, and estimate development
• Developing clear scopes of work and bid clarifications
• Participating in preconstruction coordination with general contractors and project teams
• Identifying potential risk, constructability considerations, and value opportunities
• Supporting a smooth transition from estimating to project management

Preferred experience

• Senior-level estimating background in a non-union environment
• Proficiency with Trimble Accubid estimating software
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, drawings, and specifications
• Practical field awareness and code knowledge
