Qualifications

• Experience reviewing construction documents for scope compliance and coordinating design/engineering efforts.

Responsibilities

• Cost estimating and value engineering to optimize system performance and cost.
• Coordinate bid processes with subcontractors and align proposals with project scope.
• Prepare contract documentation and project status reports for internal/external stakeholders.
• Support proposals, bid evaluations, and transition from pre-construction to construction.
• Provide design recommendations and collaborate with design teams for feasible solutions.
• Manage multiple pre-construction tasks and mentor junior engineers.
