Job summary

RESA Power is seeking a Project Manager to support Electrical Testing and Field Services clients. You will work with sales, engineering, and operations to prepare technical and commercial proposals, estimate job costs, and provide post-order support.

Responsibilities include reviewing RFPs, reading electrical drawings, estimating hours and materials, developing proposals, and coordinating with production to meet delivery commitments. Travel and flexible hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related experience with minimum 5 years in a related role.
• Ability to read and understand complex blueprints, schematics, parts lists, and other technical materials.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task and manage budgets.
• CRM and office software proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with inside and outside sales teams.
• Perform occasional job walks with sales staff at customer sites.
• Review customer RFPs, drawings, and technical content.
• Read electrical specifications and drawings.
• Estimate work hours, materials, travel, and other project needs.
• Develop proposals and costing spreadsheets.
• Maintain knowledge base materials for proposals and collateral.
• Coordinate with production for order status to meet delivery commitments.
• Generate detailed reports and monitor proposals/quotes.
• Communicate with clients and management for issue resolution and potential scope changes.
• Manage ongoing project schedules and travel planning.
• Work flexible hours including weekends/holidays and out-of-town work as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory laws and safety rules.
• Other duties as assigned.
