Job summary

Revel Search is partnering with a well-established electrical manufacturing company to identify an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in switchboards, panelboards, and engineered-to-order manufacturing. The role requires an engineering background and manages customer projects from order entry through production, delivery, and post-sale support.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in switchboard, panelboard, or power distribution equipment manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering preferred; Mechanical Engineering considered with relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of electrical drawings, schematics, and related equipment.
• Familiarity with UL standards (UL891, UL1558, UL67, UL50, UL50E).
• Experience in engineered-to-order or custom manufacturing environments.
• Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage electrical manufacturing projects from kickoff through delivery.
• Coordinate with sales, engineering, production, and purchasing.
• Review customer specifications, drawings, submittals, and project documentation.
• Support design/drawing review for switchboards and panelboards.
• Identify scope gaps, technical issues, and schedule risks; pursue change orders.
• Provide clear project updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate long-lead materials and major components.
• Track timelines, RFIs, approvals, and production releases.
• Support post-sale project needs and customer follow-up.
