Qualifications

• Cross-functional leadership across engineering, production, procurement, and sales.
• Experience with ISO quality standards and manufacturing processes.
• PMP or equivalent certification is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Plan milestones, timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Oversee execution aligned with schedules and delivery expectations.
• Manage NPI projects and process improvements on the manufacturing line.
• Lead risk management and regular status reporting to stakeholders.
