RMD Electric Corp. seeks an Electrical Project Manager to lead high-impact electrical infrastructure projects for public agencies in New York City and Long Island.

You will own the project from bidding through closeout, coordinating with engineers, foremen, and prime contractors to deliver on time, within budget, and with safety at the forefront. The role requires 10+ years in electrical construction, a strong grasp of budgets and schedules, and experience with public agencies like MTA or SCA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own full lifecycle of electrical infrastructure projects from bidding to closeout.
• Lead cross-functional teams including engineers, foremen, and prime contractors.
• Monitor costs, perform job cost projections, and manage cost-control systems.
• Ensure quality control and compliance with safety standards and specs.
• Maintain project schedules and address bottlenecks proactively.
• Manage change orders, RFIs, and monthly pay estimates for accurate reporting.
• Maintain document control across submittals and progress reports for audits.
