Job summary

Huen Electric, Inc. seeks a Project Manager to oversee operational aspects of electrical construction projects. The role requires coordinating schedules, materials, and cost estimates while serving as the main contact for project teams.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of PM/estimating experience and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management, with strong knowledge of NEC and local codes.

Qualifications

• Knowledgeable with specifications, proposals, and other documentation to prepare time/cost/labor estimates.
• Knowledgeable of the N.E.C. and all relevant local codes.
• Able to read and understand civil, architectural, structural, mechanical plans and specs for electrical work.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Proficient with estimating software such as Accubid or equivalent.
• Experience in preparing construction schedules in MS Project or Primavera.

Responsibilities

• Prepare project construction schedules.
• Submit Requests for Information to clients.
• Manage day-to-day activities of assigned projects.
• Act as the main point-of-contact for project personnel.
• Coordinate meetings, schedule updates, submit deliverables, and address outstanding items.
