Responsibilities

• Learn ins & outs of electrical construction.
• Familiarize with materials used in electrical work.
• Organize submittals and O&M manuals to keep projects running.
• Process submittals and cross-check specs.
• Assist with project schedule creation.
• Introduction to job site financials.
• Help write and process RFIs.
• Process material and tool requests to support crews.
• Create daily reports and take on-site photos.
• Attend project meetings with PMs.
• Assist with takeoffs and change order estimating.
• Connect with vendors before bid day and help organize quotes.
• Data mining and drawing updates to keep information sharp.
