Job summary

Qualifications

Minimum of 3–5 years of electrical project management/estimating experience in commercial, industrial, or institutional projects.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and construction practices.
Proficiency with estimating software and digital takeoff tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to interface with clients and teams.
Highly organized with ability to manage multiple bids and meet deadlines.
Degree or certification in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.

Responsibilities

Lead electrical project management and estimating efforts for assigned bids.
Coordinate with clients, subs, and internal teams to develop accurate estimates.
Read blueprints, specifications, and bid documents to ensure compliance.
Maintain schedules and bid calendars to meet deadlines.
