Job summary

Miller Electric Company is seeking an Electrical Project Manager in Charlotte, NC. This client-facing role reports to the Director and VP, guiding multi-disciplinary electrical construction projects from proposal through completion. Relocation assistance is provided for qualified candidates, with emphasis on safety, quality, and teamwork.

You will manage budgets, schedules, and vendor relationships, while mentoring junior staff and delivering reliable results in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Electrical Construction Project Management experience.
• 1+ years building large scale IT/Telecommunications Infrastructure projects, incl. Data Centers.
• Experience with Data Center electrical distribution systems, cabling, and white space fit-out.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with policies and safety standards.
• Generate estimates and review project proposals.
• Establish timelines, budgets, and allocate resources.
• Oversee project execution to meet design, budget, and schedule requirements.
• Collaborate with customers and vendors to deliver on expectations.
• Lead billing efforts and conduct regular site visits.
• Provide reports to senior management and forecast needs.
• Mentor subordinates to support development.
