Qualifications

• Industrial electrical maintenance experience preferred.
• Experience with planning, scheduling, supervision or reliability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review, prioritize, and plan electrical maintenance work requests.
• Develop detailed work packages including material requirements, tools/equipment, safety requirements and permits.
• Create and maintain preventive and predictive maintenance plans.
• Coordinate with operations, maintenance, engineering, and contractors to ensure work readiness.
• Identify and procure required materials, parts, and services.
• Maintain bills of materials (BOMs) and equipment records in CMMS.
• Support outage, turnaround, and capital project planning.
• Develop and monitor weekly and monthly maintenance schedules.
• Assist backlog management and work prioritization.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Track and report planning/scheduling performance metrics.
