LHH seeks a Patent Agent or Patent Attorney with an Electrical Engineering background to join its expanding Intellectual Property practice. You will prepare and prosecute patent applications, work with inventors, and provide strategic IP counsel in a collaborative, mentorship-driven environment.

The role offers a hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 days remote) across multiple offices, with opportunities for growth and client engagement.

Qualifications

• Registered to practice before the USPTO.
• Minimum of 2 years of patent preparation and prosecution experience.
• Strong technical and analytical writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and prosecute domestic and international patent applications.
• Work with inventors and clients across a range of technologies.
• Conduct patentability analyses and provide strategic IP counseling.
• Collaborate with IP attorneys and patent professionals.
• Participate in business development and client relationship-building opportunities.
