Qualifications

• Registered to practice before the USPTO.
• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum of 2 years of patent preparation and prosecution experience.
• Strong technical and analytical writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and prosecute domestic and international patent applications.
• Work directly with inventors and clients across a range of technologies.
• Conduct patentability analyses and provide strategic IP counseling.
• Collaborate with experienced IP attorneys and patent professionals.
• Participate in business development and client relationship-building opportunities, with mentorship and support from firm leadership.
