Aerotek is seeking an Electrical Assembler in Watertown, Wisconsin. The role focuses on building electrical assemblies from drawings and verbal instructions, wiring motors/transformers, and routing cables in a hands-on manufacturing setting.

You will install components, terminate cables, and perform basic mechanical tasks, while ensuring safety policies are followed and quality records are maintained. This is a fully onsite position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Skilled electrical assembly from drawings, blueprints, and verbal instructions.
• Install and mount electrical components on equipment and terminate cables.
• Troubleshoot circuits, lay out panels, drill and tap holes, route cables.

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled electrical assembly from drawings, blueprints, and verbal instructions.
• Install and mount electrical components on equipment.
• Terminate cables and troubleshoot electrical circuits.
• Lay out panels, drill and tap holes, and route cables.
• Perform motor and transformer wiring and basic mechanical functions.
• Select, cut, form, and install wiring per specifications.
• Perform basic electrical and gas piping tasks as required.
• Complete and maintain all required paperwork and records.
• Maintain department housekeeping for a clean, safe environment.
• Follow and enforce safety policies, with suggestions for improvements.
• Provide back-up support to other roles within the department.
