Modine Manufacturing Company is seeking a Line Wirer for our Jefferson City, MO facility. The role focuses on assembling, wiring, and testing electrical control panels per schematics and engineering specs.

You will work 2:00PM–10:00PM or 10:00PM–6:00AM, with a start base pay of 27.91 and a 5-dollar shift differential. Required qualifications include 1+ year in manufacturing, ability to read blueprints, and up to 50 lb lifting capacity, plus PPE and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and safety guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail and quality inspections.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment.
• Must lift up to 50 lbs and perform varied positions.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and PPE handling.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams to assemble control panels.
• Perform point-to-point wiring and component installation.
• Route and secure wiring neatly for proper function and safety compliance.
• Conduct quality checks and functional testing of panels before installation.
• Troubleshoot wiring or component issues to ensure proper operation.
• Collaborate with engineers and assembly teams to meet deadlines.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety protocols.
