Qualifications

• 1+ years in electrical wiring or panel assembly.
• Able to read schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Skilled with hand and power tools for electrical installs.
• Basic electrical safety and troubleshooting knowledge.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Strong attention to detail and safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Install, route, and connect panels, motors, sensors, and components.
• Read electrical schematics and work instructions accurately.
• Perform wiring terminations including crimping, stripping and soldering.
• Inspect and test electrical connections for function and safety.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain compliance with standards.
• Operate hand and power tools and testing equipment such as multimeters.
• Report malfunctions to maintenance and coordinate with teams to meet targets.
• Collaborate with production, engineers, and supervisors on daily goals.
• Communicate material needs and progress clearly.
• Perform other assigned duties as needed.
