Flow Control Group (Cougar USA) seeks skilled technicians to assemble and wire control panels for commercial buildings. You will work with power drills, labeling machines, and wire markers, following diagrams and quality standards.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma and prior technical experience, can stand for long periods, and lift up to 75 lbs. Join a team focused on reliability, safety, and meeting production goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous technician/technical role preferred.
• Ability to stand long periods and lift up to 75 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Panel assembly: drill, tap, and cut holes in metal enclosures for electrical components.
• Wiring: lay out, mount, and wire components per wiring diagrams.
• Operate shop equipment and hand tools (power drills, wire marker machines, labeling machines).
• Install labels and overlays for panel identification.
• Perform final detailing and testing of panels to meet quality standards.
• Maintain and update Bills of Materials (BOM) for panels.
• Prepare and package panels for shipment as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area for safety and efficiency.
