Job summary

Texwrap is seeking an Electrical Assembly Technician to build control panels, install field wiring, and troubleshoot automated packaging line equipment. You will contribute to a rapidly growing company in a thriving industry and participate in hands-on electrical work.

Responsibilities include reading electrical drawings, wiring low/high voltage systems, terminating panels, installing sensors, and resolving electrical issues.

Qualifications

  • Ability to read electrical drawings and understand electrical principles.
  • Must follow safe practices when handling electricity.
  • Build electrical control panels from engineering drawings and wire connections.

Responsibilities

  • Read electrical drawings and ensure safe electrical practices.
  • Build electrical control panels and understand dimensions and schemes.
  • Terminate low/high voltage wires to panels/junction boxes.
  • Install field wiring including sensors, cameras, and readers.
  • Troubleshoot electrical systems using appropriate tools.
  • Redline drawings and document issues for corrections.
  • Attend daily and perform additional duties as directed by management.
  • Assist in mechanical assembly as needed.
