Job summary

Vanderlande’s White Ga facility seeks an Electrical Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee daily electrical subcontractor operations within a production-style warehouse. You will manage the work cell, ensure compliance with drawings, and report progress to the Production Manager, driving safety and quality in project delivery.

You will lead the electrical team, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with Engineering and Manufacturing teams, with minimal travel and a 40-hour work week plus overtime as

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and OSHA 10 certification.
• Willing to work 40 hours weekly with overtime.
• Able to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Experience with PLC I/O, relays, contactors, and control panels.
• Ability to lead electrical team on site.
• Willing to travel minimal.

Responsibilities

• Supervise safe installation, alterations, and repairs of electrical systems on projects.
• Oversee daily workforce headcount and progress reporting.
• Coordinate with engineering and production on scope and design.
• Ensure work complies with detailed drawings and client standards.
• Lead the on-site work cell and supervise team members.
• Maintain turnover docs from subcontractors.
• Identify schedule risks and communicate with stakeholders.
