Job summary

Vanderlande’s White Gate facility is seeking an Electrical Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of electrical subcontractors and the production work cell. You will ensure compliance with detailed engineering drawings and coordinate with production management to meet schedule and quality goals.

Your role requires proactive safety practices, leadership by example, and the ability to resolve issues across electrical installations and project scope.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• OSHA 10 certification is required.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Demonstrates proactive safety management and teamwork.
• 3–5 years of experience assembling or wiring industrial electrical control panels.

Responsibilities

• Supervise safe installations, alterations, and repairs of electrical systems.
• Oversee daily workforce headcount by activity and progress tracking.
• Coordinate with production management to meet milestones and schedules.
• Engage with 3rd party vendors to ensure electrical installation compliance.
• Lead the work cell and ensure adherence to drawings and specs.
