You will read electrical schematics, coordinate a small team, ensure safety and quality, and work with project management and engineering to deliver complete panels ready for installation. The role emphasizes leadership by example and on-the-floor problem solving.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Lead a small production team in panel assembly and wiring.
• Maintain safety, quality, and production standards in a shop environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily panel assembly team and coordinate work.
• Assemble and wire panels, disconnects, junction boxes, and related equipment.
• Inspect panels for correct wiring and labeling before completion.
• Document and stage completed panels for delivery to the field.
• Collaborate with project management, engineering, purchasing, and warehouse.
