Job summary

IPEG, Inc. is seeking an Electrical Production Worker in Niles, Illinois, responsible for assembling electrical systems, including custom control panels. The ideal candidate will have over 3-5 years of related experience, with strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of direct work experience without formal education.
• 3-5 years of direct/relevant experience based on position scope.
• Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Willing and able to work overtime.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electrical or electronic systems and install components.
• Fabricate electrical sub-assemblies per detailed instructions.
• Inspect or test wiring installations for operation.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment.
