Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking an Electrical Assembler to join our manufacturing team in Illinois. The candidate will assemble, wire, and test electrical control panels for industrial machinery, following engineering drawings and safety standards.

You will interpret electrical schematics, perform wire terminations, soldering, and testing, and help diagnose issues during assembly and machine testing. 1–3 years of electrical assembly experience is required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of electrical assembly experience.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Experience with wire stripping, crimping, soldering, and electrical terminations.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and wire electrical control panels and machine components according to electrical schematics and drawings.
• Route, strip, crimp, and terminate wiring for motors, sensors, switches, relays, and other devices.
• Perform soldering and electrical terminations using hand tools and assembly equipment.
• Install electrical components such as breakers, relays, terminal blocks, PLC components, and power supplies.
• Perform electrical system testing to verify proper operation.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems and components.
