Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a Control Panel Assembler for its York, PA operation. The role involves wiring, testing, and assembling electrical control panels, junction boxes, and wire harnesses in a precise, quality-focused environment.

The position is 1st shift on a Monday-Thursday schedule with overtime opportunities. Applicants should read schematics and work with a range of hand and power tools to ensure safe, compliant panel builds.

Qualifications

• Experience building, wiring, or testing control panels.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools and test equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Electrical/electronics schooling is preferred.
• ISO 9001, panel testing, or wire harness experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, wire, and test control panels, junction boxes, and wire harnesses.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and blueprints.
• Mount components, perform panel wiring, and complete final assembly.
• Conduct basic electrical testing using multimeters and other test equipment.
• Complete quality inspections and maintain accurate documentation.
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
