Job summary

CTR is seeking an Electrical Panel Builder in Rock Hill, SC. You will assemble electrical control panels, junction boxes, and wire harnesses from prints, wiring components to back panels, mounting to equipment, and testing for proper operation.

Ideal candidates will read schematics, interpret layouts, and have 2+ years in electrical panel building, with hands-on experience using hand and power tools and wiring techniques. A high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to read electrical schematics, blueprints, and layout drawings.
• Dimension and layout of back panels and enclosures.
• Mounting of components to back panels and enclosures.
• Routing and bundling wires to meet wiring standards.
• Point-to-point wiring of relays, controls, PLCs, I/O Modules, VFDs, Instrumentation.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electrical control panels, junction boxes, and wire harnesses from prints.
• Fabricate controls to print, including layout and mounting of components.
• Install control panels onto equipment and test for proper operation.
• Maintain red line drawings and communicate changes to engineers.
