Job summary

Ericson Manufacturing Company seeks an Electrical Panel Builder to assemble, wire, test, and troubleshoot power distribution panels for construction, industrial, and utility applications. Responsibilities include wiring panels per engineering drawings, mounting components, and performing tests to ensure quality.

Available shifts run 6:00 AM–4:30 PM (Mon–Thu) with alternative early shifts. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in electrical panel building or industrial electrical assembly, with

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Technical school or vocational electrical training preferred.
• 2+ years electrical panel building or industrial electrical assembly experience.
• Experience reading electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Familiarity with AC power, single-/three-phase systems, and electrical test equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electrical distribution panels, enclosures, and transformer assemblies.
• Mount circuit breakers, disconnects, transformers, receptacles, relays, and control components.
• Layout components per engineering drawings and production standards.
• Drill, tap, punch, and prepare enclosure components when required.
