Job summary

Nbutexas is seeking an Electrical Panel Builder in Dayton, OH for a full-time, on-site role. You will read electrical schematics, assemble and wire panels, and perform testing and troubleshooting in a clean, organized shop with a seasoned engineering team.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED with 2+ years in panel building or industrial electrical work. Strong accuracy with 240/480V circuits and UL 508A familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical or trade school certificate preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in panel building, machine wiring, or industrial electrical work.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics accurately.
• Familiarity with UL 508A standards and industrial control systems is a plus.
• Proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, and pneumatic tools.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and bills of materials.
• Assemble and wire control panels, including mounting and terminating PLCs, VFDs, contactors, and relays.
• Pull and run wire through conduit; bend and mount conduit securely.
• Perform functional and safety testing of assembled panels.
• Troubleshoot and repair wiring issues or component problems during assembly.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with company policies.
