Job summary

GROB-WERKE GmbH & Co. KG is seeking an electrical panel assembler to interpret information from electrical, fluid, and mechanical engineering to assemble panels for GROB proprietary systems on site.

You will complete electrical panel assembly and wiring of components, mount A/C and chiller units, assemble modular panels, and wire and tag operator panels and junction boxes. A high school diploma and relevant electrical experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; further electrical training preferred.
• Experience as an electrician in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to read drawings, schematics and perform troubleshooting.
• Experience using the metric system.

This position is responsible for directly interpreting information delivered by Electrical, Fluid, and Mechanical Engineering to successfully assemble the electrical panels for GROB proprietary systems.

• Complete electrical panel assembly and wiring of components
• Mounting A/C units and chiller units
• Assembling modular electrical panels
• Assembling wiring and tagging of operator panels, junction boxes, and servo panels

Education & Experience Requirements:

• High School Diploma minimum; Associate’s Degree or Trade School Certification in Electrical Technologies or similar programs preferred
• Previous electrician work in a manufacturing setting
• Understanding of drawings, schematics and troubleshooting
• Experience using the metric system

• Self-motivated
• Ability to work alone and in a team environment
• Willing to work overtime as needed
• Willing to travel domestic and international
• Ability to obtain and maintain a valid passport
