Aerotek is hiring a Production Assembler in Palmetto, FL. This on-site role involves assembling electrical components, wiring, and testing control systems in a manufacturing setting. Flexible start times and a Monday–Friday schedule support work-life balance.

The ideal candidate will read electrical schematics, work with panels, and maintain quality while meeting production goals. Weekly pay and full benefits are available for eligible staff.

Qualificações

• Prior experience in electrical assembly, panel building, or a related field preferred.
• Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems and components.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Comfortable working with tools and in a manufacturing/production setting.
• Ability to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Dependable with strong work ethic.

Responsabilidades

• Assemble electrical components, control panels, and subassemblies according to schematics, blueprints, and work instructions.
• Perform wiring, routing, and terminating of electrical connections.
• Install components such as relays, switches, sensors, and circuit breakers.
• Read and interpret electrical diagrams and technical drawings.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment safely and effectively.
• Conduct quality checks and basic troubleshooting to ensure proper functionality.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and timelines.
