• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while staying on task.
• Technical or vocational training is a plus (electronics, electrical, industrial tech).

Responsibilities

• Review build sheets, wiring diagrams, and production documentation.
• Assemble electrical plates and enclosures according to build prep instructions.
• Install electrical components, controllers, and related hardware per documentation/prints.
• Wire components using correct color and gauge; apply ferrules, cables, tags, and required identification.
• Support team production needs and assist coworkers to maintain workflow.
• Follow quality standards, work instructions, and safety requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation (5S mindset).
• Complete other tasks as assigned to support production output.

Electrical Panel Assembler - Auburn Hills, MI Location: Auburn Hills, MI 48326 (On-site) Schedule: Monday-Friday (day shift). Mon-Thu 7:00 AM-3:30 PM; Fri 6:30 AM-2:30 PM. Breaks include two 15-minute breaks and one 30-minute lunch. Pay: $20.00 per hour
