Zusammenfassung

IEWC is seeking an Electrical Assembler to join our team. You will assemble electrical control panels in line with prints and schematics, wire components from schematics, and perform mounting and basic fabrication tasks on sub-panels and enclosures.

The role requires following quality procedures, lifting up to 75 pounds, standing for long periods, and a solid understanding of electrical standards. Prior experience in electrical assembly is preferred and training is available.

Qualifikationen

• Must demonstrate ability to learn and follow ISO9001:2015 quality procedures.
• Basic working knowledge of electrical standards (NEMA, NEC, UL, IEC).
• Two or more years of experience in electrical assembly or related electrical field.

Aufgaben

• Assemble electrical control panels per prints, schematics, and instructions.
• Layout and mount components, including drilling and cutting sub-panels/enclosures.
• Wire assembled components from schematics or wire lists and verify wiring.
• Perform manual crimping with approved tools for terminals and ferrules.
• Ensure proper wire routing, termination quality, and labeling.
