Job summary

Campos Fabrication is seeking a Senior Electrical Panel Shop Assembler to join our fast-paced production team. You will assemble, wire, and test electrical control panels, interpret blueprints and schematics, and ensure compliance with safety standards.

You will terminate wiring, install into enclosures, perform point-to-point wiring, read diagrams, and lay out components in cabinets. Four or more years of panel assembly experience and a high school diploma are required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of panel assembly experience.
• High school diploma or GED completed.
• Experience with electrical wiring, control panels and instrumentation.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, terminate, and wire panels and boxes to approved workmanship standards and install into enclosures.
• Perform point-to-point wiring on panels and power distribution boxes using company hand tools.
• Read and interpret schematics, diagrams, blueprints, and work orders to determine materials and assembly steps.
• Position and align components to facilitate wiring or assembly.
• Focus on wiring proficiency as the primary task for panel work.
• Layout components in cabinets of various sizes.

Job description

We are looking for a Senior Electrical Panel Shop Assembler with experience in assembling, wiring, and testing electrical control panels. Candidates should be proficient in interpreting blueprints and schematics, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations and committed to delivering high-quality workmanship and contributing to team success in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, terminate, and wire electrical panels and electrical boxes using the specified tooling and approved workmanship standards, including complete installation into enclosure.
• Perform point to point wiring on a variety of electrical panels and power distribution electrical boxes; using company supplied hand tools, such as crimpers and wire strippers.
• Read and interpret schematic drawings, diagrams, blueprints, specifications, work orders, or reports to determine materials requirements or assembly instructions.
• Position, align, or adjust work pieces or electrical parts to facilitate wiring or assembly.
• The primary focus will be spent wiring panels therefore it is imperative that candidate be proficient at wiring.
• Layout of components in various size cabinets.

Education & Experience

• A minimum of 4+ years of panel assembly experience.
• High school diploma /GED.
• Knowledge and experience with electrical wiring, control panels and instrumentation.
