Job summary

Design Ready Controls in Minnesota is seeking an Assembler I to join our production team. This hands-on role involves basic wiring, sheet metal assembly, component assembly and setup, panel wiring and label application.

You should have manufacturing or assembly experience, be comfortable reading schematics, and learn electrical symbols while using hand tools. First shift openings available, with a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Ability to read schematics and drawings.
• Familiarity with electrical symbols and hand tools.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electrical panels according to drawings.
• Terminate wire ends and install terminals.
• Prepare panels for testing and shipping.
• Troubleshoot basic panel wiring.
• Support process improvements and Lean initiatives.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
• Assist with training and onboarding.

• Cross-train across multiple product lines after training.
