Job summary

TPI Staffing, Inc. is hiring an Electrical Assembler to build and wire electrical panels and devices from schematics and blueprints. The role requires assembling enclosures, mounting components, and following detailed instructions to ensure print accuracy and customer satisfaction.

You will also provide hands-on training to coworkers and support ongoing quality procedures, with overtime as needed on a Mon-Fri schedule plus some Saturday shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience assembling electrical panels and devices per electrical schematics and blueprints.
• Ability to train and guide coworkers as needed.
• Follow detailed assembly instructions and quality procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and wire electrical panels and devices according to schematics and blueprints.
• Assemble electrical enclosures including motor starters, circuit breakers, and disconnects.
• Dimensionally lay out back panels and mount devices to panels/enclosures.
• Mount devices using drilling and tapping of steel.
• Follow documented policies and quality system procedures.
• Ensure products meet print requirements and customer expectations.
• Participate in training and continue education.
• Perform other duties as assigned and work overtime as required.
