Job summary

PrideStaff is seeking detail-oriented assemblers for a temporary assignment in San Diego. You will assemble components, wire panel boards, and follow schematics to support production operations.

The ideal candidate is reliable, mechanically inclined, and proficient with tools and wiring in a fast-paced environment. 6 months of experience and ability to read technical diagrams are preferred.

Qualifications

• 6 months of assembly or installation experience required.
• Ability to read and follow technical diagrams and instructions.
• Experience with wiring, crimping, or cable assembly is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
• Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and assembly instructions.
• Cut, strip, and crimp cables according to specifications.
• Assemble and populate panel boards with components per layout diagrams.
• Wire panel boards following wiring diagrams.
• Operate labeling equipment and apply labels to finished products.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic assembly or wiring issues.
• Complete production and quality documentation accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Verify inventory and materials align with work order requirements.
