You will install relays, switches, circuit breakers and terminal blocks, perform quality checks, and work with engineers to optimize designs. The role follows a 4-day work week, Monday through Thursday.

Qualifications

• Reading and interpreting wiring diagrams, schematics, and blueprints.
• Strong understanding of electrical components and systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and precision.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under minimal supervision.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and blueprints to assemble electrical panels accurately.
• Install electrical components such as relays, switches, circuit breakers, and terminal blocks.
• Perform quality checks to ensure panels meet safety and performance standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with panel assembly.
• Collaborate with engineers and other team members to optimize panel design and functionality.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
