Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent id preferred.
• Some electrical training and working with electrical diagrams is desired.
• Experience working with HVAC equipment is desired.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting wiring diagrams, schematics, and blueprints.
• Strong understanding of electrical components and systems.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail and precision.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under minimal supervision.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and blueprints to assemble electrical subs accurately.
• Install electrical components such as relays, switches, circuit breakers, and terminal blocks.
• Perform quality checks to ensure subs meet safety and performance standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with sub assembly.
• Collaborate with engineers and other team members to optimize sub design and functionality.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
