Job summary

Engineering Specialists, Inc. is seeking an Industrial Control Panel Builder to join our Production team in Wisconsin. You will wire and assemble custom panels, interpret electrical schematics, and ensure on-time delivery with quality.

This is a full-time, first-shift role (Monday–Friday). Requires 2+ years of panel-building experience, high school diploma, and the ability to travel to customer sites with a valid driver's license. Benefits included.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics.
• Experience building and wiring custom industrial control panels.
• Familiarity with Electrical Codes and UL standards.

Responsibilities

• Attend kickoff meetings with Engineering team and customers to understand project requirements.
• Build and wire complex industrial control panels from start to finish by following electrical schematics within allotted hours and due date.
• Layout, drill, punch, tap, and mount components in sheet metal enclosures.
• Route and bundle wires neatly according to established electrical standards.
• Ensure work meets project specifications and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot turnkey automation equipment in-house or at customer sites.
