Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division is seeking an Electrical Assembler (1st Shift) in Auburn, WA. The role offers an hourly rate of $23–$25 with eligibility for a variable incentive program and 6:30AM–3PM hours.

You will assemble, wire, and test panelboards and switchboards, using hand and power tools, ensuring quality and adherence to drawings and specifications. Cross-train and participate in Lean initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of assembly-related experience with hand/power tools or a 1-year technical school diploma.
• Located within 50 miles of the work location (no relocation benefit).
• Employer does not sponsor immigration work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Assemble panelboards or switchboards based on drawings and work instructions using hand/power tools.
• Inspect and test finished products for quality and code conformance.
• Prepare materials for shipment and maintain work area per 5S guidelines.
• Support Lean initiatives and suggest process improvements for safety and quality.
• Cross-train across functions as needed to meet production needs.
• Participate in site meetings and trainings.
