Job summary

Lonestar Electric Supply Partners is seeking an Outside Sales Associate 2 to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. You will engage with partners, present to groups, identify needs, and close sales, while building lasting relationships in your territory.

The role requires 3–5 years of electrical sales experience, knowledge of ERP systems, and strong communication skills. A valid driver's license and multi-tasking ability are essential for success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years proven sales experience in electrical supply and distribution.
• Strong track record of meeting and exceeding quotas.
• Epicor Eclipse ERP experience preferred; proficient with productivity tools.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent verbal and written communications; strong listening and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Source new sales opportunities by targeting partners and territory.
• Understand customer needs and make relevant recommendations.
• Work with current clients to uncover new opportunities.
• Maintain customer expectations and ensure commitments are met.
• Close sales and achieve monthly quotas.
• Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
• Develop relationships with decision-makers and monitor the sales pipeline.
