Qualifications

• High school diploma or Associate degree in a related field.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Completed an apprenticeship or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 10 years in the field.
• Experience supervising craft personnel preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision of maintenance departments and manage the crafts workforce.
• Implement MRM and Asset Management policies and procedures.
• Plan, schedule, and evaluate preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance.
• Develop Work Plans and Job Packages; review procedures for maintenance work.
• Monitor budgets and ensure safety and quality in maintenance activities.
• Manage staff performance, payroll, succession planning, and labor relations.
