You will drive strategic direction, operational excellence, safety compliance, and financial performance while building high‑performing teams and collaborating with executive leadership to grow the business and win new opportunities in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of electrical construction experience.
• 7+ years of leadership experience managing electrical operations, project management teams, or field operations.
• Extensive multifamily new construction experience including low-, mid-, and high-rise projects.
• Experience overseeing multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for all electrical construction operations.
• Develop division goals, operational strategies, and performance metrics.
• Build and maintain a culture of accountability, professionalism, safety, and continuous improvement.
• Lead the growth and expansion of the Electrical Division while maintaining operational excellence.
• Collaborate with executive leadership on business planning, forecasting, staffing, and market expansion initiatives.
